Delivery
I offer local delivery for all hire items and birth kits. Delivery is available to surrounding suburbs for a small delivery fee. Delivery times will be arranged directly with you to ensure convenience and safety.
Pickup
Pickup is available from Paralowie, SA (or your exact suburb if you want it added). Once your order or hire booking is confirmed, I will send you the pickup address and available pickup times.
No Shipping
At this time, I do not offer postal shipping. All orders are delivery or pickup only to ensure items arrive safely and on time.

Return Date
All hired TENS machines must be returned by the agreed return date.Late returns may incur a late fee unless prior arrangements have been made.
Condition of Return
The unit must be returned:
Clean
In good working condition
With all accessories included (leads, pouch, batteries if supplied, etc.)
If any accessories are missing or damaged, a replacement fee may apply.
Hygiene Items
For hygiene and safety reasons:
Electrode pads are non-returnable and non-refundable.These are yours to keep after hire.
Refunds
Because this is a hire service:
Refunds cannot be issued once the hire period has started.
If you cancel before your hire period begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on notice given.
Faulty Device
If the TENS machine is faulty on arrival, please notify me within 24 hours. A replacement unit will be provided as soon as possible.
