Bookings & Payments

On-Call Period for Birth Support

For birth doula clients, I am on-call from 37–42 weeks.
Clients are responsible for contacting me at the first signs of labour.
Failure to notify me promptly may affect my ability to attend. Refunds do not apply in these cases.

Backup Doula

If I am unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or unexpected circumstances, a qualified backup doula may be provided. All backup arrangements will be discussed in advance.
