Birth Pool Hire
The birth pool and all hire accessories must be returned by the agreed return date. If you need extra time, please contact me before the due date to arrange an extension.
Condition of Return
Please ensure the pool and equipment are returned:
Fully cleaned and dried
In good working condition
With all hire items included (pump, water pump, tap connectors, mat, instructions, etc.)
If the pool or any accessories are returned damaged, excessively dirty, or missing, a replacement or cleaning fee may apply.
Single-Use Items
The disposable liner and hose are yours to keep and are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Refunds are not available once your hire period has started.
If you cancel before the hire period begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on notice given.
Faulty Equipment
If any item appears faulty or damaged on arrival, please notify me within 24 hours so I can replace it promptly.
Late Returns
Late returns may incur a small daily fee if the pool is needed for another client.
Delivery
I offer local delivery for all hire items and birth kits. Delivery is available to surrounding suburbs for a small delivery fee. Delivery times will be arranged directly with you to ensure convenience and safety.
Pickup
Pickup is available from Paralowie, SA (or your exact suburb if you want it added). Once your order or hire booking is confirmed, I will send you the pickup address and available pickup times.
No Shipping
At this time, I do not offer postal shipping. All orders are delivery or pickup only to ensure items arrive safely and on time.
